IMPORTANT: Pillar candles are not suitable for short burning periods. Lighting and extinguishing them for just a few minutes or even one to two hours will cause tunneling and deteriorate the quality of the burn. Please read the description before purchasing the product.
Solid candles are prone to dripping. Always use a non-flammable, wide, and deep base on which to place the candle before lighting it. Review the safety instructions on the label before use.
How to fix the candle if the flame has burned a tunnel: With the candle extinguished and cooled, carefully cut the walls to the base of the wick with a slightly heated household knife. Light the candle again and follow the instructions above to keep it burning optimally.
