1. General Terms of Use
By placing an order through the online store rayacandles.com and using its functionalities, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the online store rayacandles.com and the CUSTOMER regarding the goods and services offered by rayacandles.com.
"KASELA" EOOD. is a company registered under the Commercial Act of the Republic of Bulgaria, with registered office and management address: Pernik, 38 Vardar Street, Apt. 66, Company Identification Number (UIC): 113582014, and conducts sales of goods through the online store rayacandles.com.
2. Prices
All prices are final and indicated in euros. Product prices do not include delivery costs. Information regarding delivery prices is available on the following page: https://rayacandles.com/en/content/shipping-and-delivery.html
Discounted prices are displayed by showing the previous price crossed out and the new lower price placed next to it.
Prices for products with quantity discounts, such as “buy 6 pcs for XX EUR”, are valid only when the specified quantity is ordered.
3. Orders
Placing an order for product(s) through the rayacandles.com online store represents the CUSTOMER’s explicit agreement to enter into a distance sales contract within the meaning of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
The sales contract shall be considered concluded after the CUSTOMER receives an order confirmation from the merchant.
Placing an order through the rayacandles.com online store for a product or service creates an obligation for payment. Payment shall be made using the payment method selected by the CUSTOMER.
The online store accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day, including weekends and public holidays.
During the ordering process, the CUSTOMER has the opportunity to review the purchased products and their prices, as well as the provided personal details, including name, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, postal code, delivery method and payment method.
After completing the order, the CUSTOMER will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Any changes to the order status (confirmation, processing, shipment, etc.) will also be communicated by e-mail.
The status of current and previous orders can be monitored through the CUSTOMER’s personal account.
4. Problems with Order Fulfilment
We make every effort to fulfil all orders accurately. However, an order may not be completed due to one of the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the CUSTOMER, including name, telephone number or address.
- Selection of an advance payment method, such as card payment or bank transfer, where payment has not been completed or is delayed.
- One or more ordered products may be unavailable. In such cases, the CUSTOMER will be informed by e-mail or telephone.
In case of an error or discrepancy between the ordered and delivered products caused by the merchant, the merchant shall cover the costs related to subsequent return and/or replacement.
If delivery is impossible for reasons not attributable to rayacandles.com, including the CUSTOMER not being available at the provided address or not responding to the courier’s attempts to contact them, the order will be returned to the merchant until further contact with the CUSTOMER is established.
5. Payment
Orders for products and services from the online store may be paid using the payment methods selected by the CUSTOMER.
The CUSTOMER may choose from the available payment methods provided in the online store. When selecting a payment method other than cash on delivery, the CUSTOMER agrees to make advance payment for the order.
The following payment methods are available:
Payment upon delivery:
- The CUSTOMER pays the courier upon receipt of the order.
Payment by bank card:
- Payment by debit/credit card.
Accepted card types include: debit cards, credit cards and business cards issued by Visa, Mastercard and bCard.
Transactions are processed using the security programmes Mastercard Identity Check and Visa Secure.
The online store does not store any bank card data used for payments made through the website.
If a refund is required for a payment made by bank card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the payment.
For payments made by postal money transfer, the refunded amount will be transferred to a bank account provided by the CUSTOMER.
6. Delivery and receipt of the products
By clicking the “Order” button, the CUSTOMER agrees to pay the price of the selected products and the stated delivery costs.
The CUSTOMER may request delivery to a specified address during the ordering process by selecting the “delivery to address” option and providing an accurate address, postal code and any additional delivery instructions.
The merchant may refuse to fulfil an order in case of objective impossibility, including lack of product availability, a technical error in the displayed price, or incomplete/incorrect information provided by the CUSTOMER.
7. Order cancellation and return without any reason or complaint
Consumers have the right to withdrawal from a distance sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, subject to the conditions provided by the applicable legislation.
Detailed information regarding the conditions, procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal, deadlines, refund procedures, return costs, exceptions and return address is published on the page “Withdrawal and Returns Policy”, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
By placing an order, the consumer declares that they have read, understood and accepted this policy.
8. Disputes. Alternative Dispute Resolutions
If the parties are unable to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement regarding a dispute, the CUSTOMER may contact the Consumer Protection Commission or another competent authority for out-of-court dispute resolution in accordance with applicable legislation.
9. Content and Copyright
All texts, images, logos, graphics, trademarks, software, source code and databases owned by or licensed to rayacandles.com are protected by Bulgarian and other applicable laws and international conventions concerning copyright, related rights and other intellectual property rights.
Reproduction of the content of the website and/or any element thereof protected by intellectual property rights may only be carried out with the prior written consent of rayacandles.com or its rights holders, unless otherwise permitted by law.
Use of the services provided by the online store does not grant USERS any rights over the intellectual property objects of rayacandles.com, either in whole or in part.
